"check in was suppose to be at 2pm. Went to check in but was told that would not be able to until 2:20pm. Had to take bags back to car and reload. Very inconvient. Also, hot tub did not work, Kids were aloud in the pool up to closing time, no time for paying customers to relax. Most hotels have one to two hours of pool time with out kids. Also, may consider keeping pool open longer."
